All services are provided for personal development and mindset support purposes only.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or legal advice. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
By booking a service, you confirm that:
You are over 18 years of age
You understand coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health support
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions
Payments for coaching sessions, group programmes, or events must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment may be processed via PayPal or another approved payment provider.
All fees are clearly stated before purchase. Refuge Hope Purpose Coaching reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Due to limited spaces, refunds may not be available once a programme or event has commenced. Specific refund terms will be outlined at the point of booking.
Refuge Hope Purpose Coaching reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events. In such cases, a refund or alternative date will be offered.
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential.
However, confidentiality may be broken if:
There is a legal obligation to disclose information
There is a risk of serious harm to the client or others
All materials, workbooks, recordings, and content provided during coaching or events remain the intellectual property of Refuge Hope Purpose Coaching.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to:
Use this website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
Copy or reproduce content without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse occurs.
Refuge Hope Purpose Coaching is not liable for:
Decisions made by clients
Indirect or consequential losses
Business losses
Coaching outcomes vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
