"What I gained most from my thought provoking sessions with Rachel was to be more mindful. The Wheel of Life gave me clarity over which areas should be prioritised, and the build up to this with the worksheet activities, that I could work on in between sessions was a huge help; to then put small steps in place such, as regular pilates sessions which I am loving! Impact being time for me, exercise and other health benefits which was a much needed change, as I had a complete mental block over 'getting started' with this for too long. I also wanted to factor in more time with my partner and highlighting this opened up conversations with him and we have done a lot more together and with friends since, proving that the children are OK for a couple of days away from us! Rachel herself is a calm, approachable and intuitive coach making the sessions an enjoyable and comfortable experience even with high emotions at times, from myself! She was adept at steering my 'tangents' back to the here and now which I admired and needed from her to get to the root issues. More than happy with the sessions overall, (other than being too short!) quality of Rachel's coaching and the short/long term impact it has made and the motivation to keep referring back to my wheel. " I found the coaching sessions with Rachel to be hugely beneficial in helping me to focus on a goal. Our discussions helped me to look at what was a priority. Rachel is a great listener, very patient and calm. I came away from the sessions with her feeling very positive and motivated. I think that she is an excellent life coach, as she certainly helped me with moving my mum into a care home and selling my home. I know that Rachel will be successful in helping others as she has helped me. Her time and input was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rach."

" The coaching sessions have helped bring clarity to which areas of my life I want to change most. Delving deeper into certain areas with Rachel helped me to realise how I could have an impact on certain things, but it also helped me to understand the things beyond my control and to be ok with that. Some areas seemed very big and overwhelming. The coaching session helped to hone in on the central point and set achievable goals that were realistic and manageable, therefore making changes seem possible rather than impossible. Rachel as a life coach was very friendly and approachable, making the sessions relaxed. As an over thinker and someone who needs to talk in order to process, she gave me time to talk through what I needed too, allowing me to work out my own next steps; gently steering with thought provoking and, at times, challenging but necessary questions. Overall a very helpful process."
